New mold spraying machine ESM convinces on the market!

The newly developed ESM (Efficient Spray Machine) from Wollin was presented to the public for the first time in May 2019.
Together with the, also newly developed, machine control PC3, this offers complete Industry 4.0 integration. And, thanks to "internet of things", enables operation by the die casting machine or by using a tablet or mobile phone.
The ESM series is the future-oriented further development of the previous PSM spraying machines and is characterized by significant advantages:
- Higher integration density - more cost-effective options
- Increase in payload with no increase in space requirements
- Spraying tool adaptation compatible with predecessor series
- Easier maintenance
As the trend in die casting is towards resource-saving micro-spraying, the supply line for the release agent concentrate is already integrated in the machine. Thus, the upgrade of the EcoSpray and Eco+Spray option and the use of metering nozzles are considerably simplified!
