Spray and ball nozzles

There is a wide variety of spray nozzles for the most diverse requirements in the spraying process. We offer you a diverse range of spray equipment and can thus meet all the needs that arise for the user.

You will find which spray nozzles you can use for the respective spray lists in the overview below.

All spray nozzles can be individually combined with our ball nozzles. This can result in almost infinite combinations.

ECO series

Our ECO series describes the group of efficiency-enhanced external mixing nozzles. These are used for the application of our resource-saving technologies Eco+ and EcoSpray.

DDV nozzle

  • When using Eco+ technology
  • Fixed fill quantity per cycle with the tank volumes (+ adjustment screw):
  1. DDV 3 = 0,043ml
  2. DDV 4 = 0,076ml
  3. DDV 5 = 0,119ml
  • Self-venting > recommended for more complex applications
  • Produces a defined spray impulse
  • Designed for mask spray tools to spray with maximum efficiency
  • For ECO, PS16, PS16c, PS16XL, PS16cXL, PS25
  • Weight per nozzle: 0.202 kg

DD nozzle

  • When using Eco+ technology
  • Fixed fill quantity per cycle with the tank volumes (+ adjustment screw):
  1. DD3 = 0,043ml
  2. DD4 = 0,076ml
  3. DD5 = 0,119ml
  • Manual venting > recommended for smaller spray tools
  • Produces a defined spray impulse
  • Designed for mask spray tools to spray with maximum efficiency
  • For ECO, PS16, PS16c, PS16XL, PS16cXL, PS25
  • Weight per nozzle: 0.189 kg

FSD nozzle

  • When using EcoSpray technology
  • Efficient release agent application
  • Stepless, fine adjustability
  • Produces a finely adjustable, continuous spray jet for sweep spraying
  • Ideally suited for very small release agent volume flows
  • For ECO, PS16, PS16c, PS16XL, PS16cXL, PS25
  • Weight per nozzle: 0.194 kg

Conventional spray nozzles

Basically, there are 2 different spraying systems, both of which we offer:

  • External mixing principle (SD-A-12, SD-A-13, SD-A-14)
  • Internal mixing principle (SD-I-2 and SD-I-3)

Our conventional spray nozzles produce a continuous spray jet.
Depending on the requirements, we offer the possibility to adjust the volume flow of release agent in the nozzles either fixed or infinitely variable.

SD12 nozzle

  • Quantity regulation via exchangeable dosing sets (see below for overview)
  • Available as external and internal mixing nozzle (see our brochure for more information)
  • For PS16, PS16XL, PS25
  • Weight per nozzle: 0.114 kg
Dosing Sets

SD13 nozzle

  • Infinitely variable quantity regulation via permanently installed metering screw
  • Available as external and internal mixing nozzle (see our brochure for more information)
  • For PS16, PS16XL, PS25
  • Weight per nozzle: 0,177 kg

SD14 nozzle

  • Compact external and internal mixing spray nozzle for spraying applications with limited space conditions
  • Fixed volume flow (adjustable via release agent pressure)
  • For PS16, PS16c, PS16XL, PS16cXL, PS25
  • Weight per nozzle: 0.08 kg

SD16 nozzle

  • Quantity regulation via exchangeable dosing sets
  • Campact external mixing spray nozzle for spraying applications with limited space conditions
  • For PS16, PS16c, PS16XL, PS16cXL, PS25
  • Weight per nozzle: 0.09 kg

Ball nozzles

The ball nozzles offered can be mounted on all Wollin spray nozzles as needed to create different flow rates or spray patterns. Depending on the respective requirements, the most individual combinations are possible.

Spraying patterns with spot and area jets are possible.

SPOT JETS

  • Various performance classes in the range
  • For ball nozzles KD-A-04 to KD-A-20
  • Ball nozzles with 30° and 60° angles KD-A-06-S

NEW - FLAT JETS

  • Spray pattern: narrow rectangle / flat jet
  • various performance classes
