Metal dosing device programming maintenance

Participants: 

Set-up operators, operators, maintenance personnel, foremen, masters

Prerequisites: 

Participants should possess basic knowledge of our spraying equipment, spraying tools and controllers for this training.

 Course content: 

• Overview of structure of suction device
• Overview of the WLC controller (control panel components and control panel)
• Set-up of the menu structure in the operating modes
• Programming of user-specific dosing programs (editing, altering and administration)
• Imparting of basic knowledge Casting technology
• Practical programme exercises for the metal dosing device
• Preventive maintenance, diagnostics and fault location
• Practical guidance and instruction/execution of maintenance work
• Participant-specific problem discussion 

Training objective:

• The participants are able to create form-specific user programs and optimise them in a technologically efficient manner with active cooperation after the completion of the course.
• The participants receive the basics for casting technology and are instructed in the troubleshooting of suction device. 

Training duration 1 day (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
